Using the services of the Vilashahr website is considered acceptance of all rules and regulations stated on this page. These rules have been formulated to protect the rights of guests and hosts and to provide quality services.

• Providing national ID card and vehicle card Must be presented upon check-in.
• Bringing pets into any of the units Strictly prohibited is.
• The responsibility for maintaining the cleanliness of the villa lies with the guest; the unit is delivered clean and must be returned clean.
• Holding any kind of celebration or party is only possible with prior coordination with the host.
• Smoking in the indoor spaces of the units is prohibited.

• Check-in time 18:00 and check-out time (Check-out) 16:00 It's the next day.
• The morning half-day reservation is from 10:00 to 18:00 and the night half-day from 19:00 to 09:00 the next day (if possible).
• Any changes to the entry and exit hours are only possible with prior coordination and payment of an additional fee.

In the event of cancellation by the guest, the advance payment amount (deposit) will not be refunded under any circumstances.

• The guest is obliged to use the property and facilities of the unit in a responsible manner.
• Any damage caused to the unit or its furnishings is the responsibility of the guest, and the cost thereof will be charged upon departure.
• Observance of neighborhood rules, especially maintaining silence during rest hours, is mandatory.
• The capacity of each unit is specified in its information, and accepting a number of people exceeding the permitted capacity is prohibited. (Children over 3 years old are considered one full person)

• Vilashahr assumes no responsibility for valuable or personal items lost in the unit.
• The guest is obliged to lock all doors and windows when leaving the unit.
